Exchange Server 2016 Preview is now available!

Microsoft’un art arda duyurduğu 16.dalga (Office 2016, Skype for Business, SharePoint 2016) ürünlerinden Exchange Server 2016 Preview ile ilgili bilgiler yayılmaya başladı. Aşağıdaki blog yazısında ciddi seviyede detay mevcut.

Aşağıdaki gereksenimleri karşılayarak test ortamına kurabilirsiniz.

• Active Directory:
  • Windows Server 2008 Forest and Domain Functional level (FFL/DFL)
  • Note that this is a lower requirement as was announced during Ignite 2015, which stated a minimum of 2008 R2 FFL/DFL
• Install OS:
  • Windows Server 2012
  • Windows Server 2012 R2
  • Note that this is a lower requirement as was announced during Ignite 2015 as well, during that event Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 10 (or Windows Server 2016) where the minimum. But this was before the release of Windows Server 2016 was delayed to early Calendar Year 2016.
• Clients:
  • Outlook 2010 (with KB2965295) or later
    • Note: Now SP2 is ommitted and KB2956191 was also required
  • Outlook 2013
    • Note: SP1 is now ommitted and KB3020812 was also required
  • Outlook 2016
    • Note: you can participate in the Public Preview here
  • Outlook for Mac for Office 365
  • Outlook for Mac 2011
• Coexistence with Exchange:
  • Exchange Server 2010 SP3 Roll update 9
    • Note: previously RU11
  • Exchange Server 2013 CU8
    • Note: previously CU10
• For OWA Modern Attachments you will require Office Web App Server 2016
